About the Artist

For my entire life I have felt the desire to create and work with my hands. Art class was always my favorite class growing up which drove me to change my college major from equestrian studies to art where I graduated with a degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in textiles. 

My leather journey began in 2014 when I was too poor to afford a fancy hair on cowhide purse, so I decided to make my own and I was immediately hooked. That first bag was very crude but it started an obsession that turned into a hobby that turned into a full time job. I can honesty say that I love my job and look forward to going to work everyday and creating beautiful heirloom quality pieces for others to enjoy. 

When I'm not in my studio working you can find me on the back of a horse somewhere, in the garden, hiking though the woods or tending to our other animals.
